Less then 5 minutes by car you can find the most sightseen attraction after Rhodes City: the picturesque acropolis-topped village of Lindos, with its white cubic houses and typical narrow cobbled streets. Everyday many pullmans start from Rhodes city bringing a lot of people to visit Lindos, patronized as humanity heritage. It’s enough to say that many vip lived in this village (David Gilmour of Pink Floyd, B.B., Gregory Peck, Gianni Agnelli Fiat’s boss and many others).
There are about 900 people living in the village, most of them employed in touristic field. Someone rent donkeys as a means of transport bringing people to see the acropolis and temple of Athena.
There are cafeterias, restaurants, pubs and craftsmanship shops everywhere.
